I seriously needed it. Surrounded by American opulence it becomes second nature for my desires to focus on the American 'good life'. But how sad as Paul says to gain the whole world and lose my soul! My family and I are headed back to Belize in March and how I need it...if for no other reason than the reality that Christ is all and in all and possessions are nothing!
